9 a.m. – Noon Camp Check-In - - Maple Hill South Dormitory – Room 145
ALL campers must check in at this time. Campers will receive name badges, dorm assignments, keys, and T-shirts (if they were ordered).
*Do not bring luggage in to check-in area, as your room may not be in that facility.
10 a.m. – Noon Auditions
Locations provided at check in.

Music Camp does NOT provide this meal.
The food court at the Arkansas Union will be open from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Choose from a variety of options. The Union is conveniently located across the street from audition areas, so there’s no need to go off campus for lunch.
1 – 4 p.m. Auditions
4:30 p.m. Dinner at the Arkansas Union
Audition results posted in the ballroom. *Bring your instrument!
5:30 p.m. General Camp Meeting in Union Ballroom
7-9 p.m. Rehearsals (on campus)
9:15 p.m. Floor Meetings
  • Room changes may be made at this time ONLY.
  • Counselors discuss schedules, transportation, and details.
  • Commuters and parents: meet in location specified in check-in materials.

How do I purchase recordings of my concert?
Recordings (CD and DVD) of student concerts may be ordered on-site at the Walton Arts Center. This service is provided by an outside provider – no additional information is available through the music camp office.
